  This is most crucial aspect of recruitment where experience usually counts. We have a set of specialized Consultants who closely work with our dedicated staff on project-to-project basis. Our staff with the assistance of such consultants prepare to evaluate sand assess the candidates on various levels of recruitment. They not only evaluate their educational and technical qualification but also assess their personality, interpersonal relations and comprehensive psychological test is done wherever necessary.

Level I
  • Receive Enquiry or Demand letter from the Clients/Employers.

  • Submit Demand Letter with other visa papers to Consulate to obtain Medical Enquiry (for Saudi Arabian Visa only).

  • The Enquiry of manpower requirement is thoroughly assessed and relevant info sought so as to ascertain exact manpower requirement of clients.

  • Searching for required personnels from our vast database according to criteria given by clients. If necessary, we tap our network of associate offices and experts to find suitable and RIGHT candidate.

  • Finally, insert advertisement in relevant newspapers having large circulation base to reach the target candidates.

  • Screen, Scrutinise and short-list the applications received.

  • Send short-listed candidates CVs to the Client and get a list of candidates selected by them.


  • Level II
  • Organise and conduct Final interview.

  • Besides, trade test, job skills, an indepth test is done on personality, social behavioural pattern, interpersonal relationships and aptitute test. A comprehensive psychological test is also carried out whereever necessary. All documents and testimonials submitted by candidates are thoroughly scrutinised to ascertain its genuineness and authenticity.

  • List of selected candidates is notified.

  • Get a list of selected candidates from the Clients.

  • Send selected candidates for Medical Test.

  • Receive Final confirmation from Clients.

  • Complete the visa stamping formalities, Ticket confirmation and arrange a orientation
  • session.
  • Deployment of candidates with prior intimation to clients.

  • Apart from the in-house testing facilities, we have a contract with local govt. recognised institutes and also have access to their facilities for trade test.

  • Preliminary evaluation process itself eliminates a whole lot of irrelevant applications and make available only those who fulfill the requirements of the Clients in toto. Thus clients are assured of matching candidates after thorough and exhaustive application of recruitment techniques.
